Dear Sir,

We have one Indonesian buyer who is Gujarat. They require Shankar 6 Premium Cotton from Gujarat.

Their Terms and condition is as bellows :-

Cotton Parameters Required :-

Length - 29mm+ (1-5/32â)

Micronaire â 4.0+ NCL

Strength â 29+ GPT

Tress â Up to 2.5%

Moisture â 8% Maximum

SFI â Up to 8%

Quantity Required : 1000 Ton (6000 Bales Apx.)

Payment Terms : 20 % Advance TT, 80 % DA through Bank TT (Document Against Payment) First seller

has to dispatch 100 ton (600 bales) appx. Than after clearing of payment of 100 ton next 100 ton they

have to dispatch.

Quality Passing : Subject to Passing. Buyerâs selector will come at spot to collect sample and they will

take ATIRA test Report. They will appoint SGS international controller to check quality and weighment

before dispatch. Mill will check bale to bale quality also. There should not be more quality variation In

cotton bales.

Weighment Condition : NLWF (Net Landed Weight Final) Condition. We can appoint our controller at

Indonesian Port to check weighment.Weighment willl be final at Indonesian Port. Difference weighment

amount Seller has to pay to buyer within 7 days after ***** incurred in India will have to

bare by seller.

INCOTERMS : C&F C 2 % Jakarta Port, Indonesia. (1% Overseas Agent, 1 % Indian Agent)

Target Price : CNF 54.75 US Cent Per LBS
